Excellent standard of hotel in a quiet but very convenient location. Superior room was spacious and very comfortable. Great shower and air conditioning. Much better than we expected for the price, we even had a small balcony which was lovely. Will definitely return on a future 訂房網站.

The location was great. The room was very nice although I had an issue with the coffee machine. The rooftop pool and bar were probably my favorite part of the hotel and the bar stays open until 10:30pm.

言葉が通じない環境の元 スタッフの方がとても協力的でフレンドリー 沢山のことを教えて貰い快適な旅を過ごす事ができたモーニングブッフェのお料理は全て美味しくて大満足アメニティも揃っていて毎日綺麗にセットされていてとても満足しています。 シャワールームの排水が良くなかった 上の階からの水漏れで廊下が水浸しになったが それ程慌てる様子は無く不安になりました。

Very clean hotel, staff were friendly, location was excellent - short walk to Las Ramblas and there is a food market on your doorstep. So close to various places you'd want to go to, good transport links nearby. No issues.

Très mauvaise expérience au Leonardo Hotel – Las Ramblas (Barcelone) Je souhaite partager une expérience très décevante vécue récemment dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un accueil particulièrement désagréable. Une réceptionniste, grande de taille, dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom, s’est montrée extrêmement impolie et irrespectueuse. Son attitude envers les clients est inacceptable : ton agressif, comportement hautain, aucune écoute ni volonté d’aider. Cela a donné un très mauvais départ à notre séjour. Concernant la chambre, la situation est tout aussi regrettable. Mon collègue et moi avions réservé chacun une chambre annoncée à 13 m². À notre grande surprise, nous avons été placés dans de très petites chambres qui, selon cette même réceptionniste, faisaient à peine 8 m². Lorsque nous avons signalé l’erreur possible et demandé une vérification, sa réaction a été d’une virulence incompréhensible, refusant toute discussion ou solution. Elle nous a même confirmé que les chambres faisaient bien 8 m²… sans jamais reconnaître qu’il y avait un écart par rapport à ce que nous avions réservé. Bref, entre le mauvais accueil, le mépris du client et le non-respect des prestations réservées, ce séjour fut une grande déception. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

出行方便，去海邊走走，教堂看看很好，就在蘭布拉大道邊上，旺中帶靜。酒店在老街上，感覺很有歷史。入住時有歡迎檸檬水和水果，房間也送了水果。就是寄存行李自助，需要跟酒店換一元硬幣。

賓館的環境還是不錯的、乾淨整潔、早餐也是能餵飽我們的中國胃的！夏季的價格不算低、但是來考慮交通、安全和走景點步行的各種因素下、也就平衡了！很意外會有蘋果贈送、這份酒店的心意、加分不少！

Really nice hotel. Big minus for one lift - we have to wait a few minutes to use it.
